Every engagement is worked by a specialist practice-area desk with a named lead. You will not be handed off to a generalist queue after the first call.
How we engage
Temporary and contract staffing. W-2 temporary and contract workers across light industrial, administrative, skilled trades, logistics, and customer service functions — for surge capacity, seasonal peaks, and specialized skill gaps. We handle screening, payrolling, benefits, and compliance; you get weekly timekeeping and one consolidated invoice.
Temp-to-hire. Evaluate a worker on assignment before you commit. We manage the conversion process end to end when you decide to bring them on permanently.
Direct-hire placement. Success-based permanent placement when the hire matters. You review only candidates who have been screened, briefed, and confirmed interested. There is no fee until your new hire starts, and every placement carries a replacement guarantee.
Your candidates are kept informed
With candidate consent, we send transactional SMS updates during your search: application confirmations, interview reminders, reschedules, and offer-stage notices. In practice that means fewer no-shows and faster feedback loops. Two examples:
